I'm not tall or dark or handsome.  I'm a lousy dancer.  I used to be overweight, but I have been going to the gym every day since August, and I have lost 23 pounds so far.  I'm well-read, and well-educated.

I read books, I watch movies, I write sketches and blogs whenever inspiration finds me.  I take walks in the desert every day.

There might be something wrong with your religion. If your pastor or your rabbi have to lie to you to make you feel better, there might be something wrong with your religion. If you have to lie to yourself and to your childen in order to fool them into believing what just ain't so, there might be something terribly wrong. If you hate your own flesh and blood, if you think that the desires of your body that God himself designed are somehow disgusting and degrading, you might want to consider conversion. If you are reading a book that God himself wrote, and it is in a foreign language, or it is incoherent, boring, contradictory, inconsistent, or morally ambiguous, you may have to take a second look at your religion. If you need to hate people who don't believe what you believe, if you have to kill people who don't practice what you preach, if it makes you feel good to know that you are going to heaven when you die and your enemies are going to hell, your religion might need some revision. If you have to fight for God because God has no clue, if you have to kill for God because God has told you to, if you have to die for God because Jesus never died for you, it's time to find a new religion.
