Individual Declaration of Independence

for the Preservation of

American Values

The United States of America was founded upon strong principles. Those principles were incorporated within our most supreme Law of the Land, The Constitution. Each state within the union made an oath to honor and uphold the Constitution which includes individual rights clearly documented in the Bill of Rights. The principle most highly valued can be summed up in this manner: to choose for ourselves, to succeed or fail, by our own standards, as individuals, without fear of an oppressive, dictatorial, interfering or intrusive government.

The original Declaration of Independence explains why the Founding Fathers of our country chose to sever ties with the government of Great Britain. Among their reasoning were numerous Acts or Laws that impeded the colonists' human right to live their lives as they saw fit. The Founding Fathers rightfully rejected an overbearing government that paid no mind to the colonists' will. The suffering these people endured at the hands of a corrupt government had become to heavy to bear.

To prevent a repeat of such an overbearing government, the Founding Fathers implemented a system of government that gave power to the people. Dividing powers between three branches, Legislative, Executive and Judicial, was meant to ensure no one person had too much power over another, thereby, preventing the usurpation of individual rights. Absolute power does corrupt absolutely but absolute resolution to prevent corruption is absolutely necessary for a free people to thrive. Society is at its best when the people are free to exercise free will without fear of governmental reprisal.

With this in mind, I, ____Lorilei Noreen Perry _, declare that the government has overstepped its own boundaries, violated its own oath, and criminally usurped more power than was intended or legally given at all levels of government and in all three branches of government. This practice has created a very dangerous environment for ALL Americans. Our way of life is so endangered now that we have no one to turn to when our very lives are in imminent jeopardy as a direct result of the unlawful acts of the government. Furthermore, this usurpation was intended to disregard American values in favor of political agendas and political/personal gain to the detriment and cost of Every American. In many issues, foreign interests are given more attention than domestic will.

When this corruption is witnessed, it is the duty and the right of any American to have his/her grievances addressed at the appropriate level and in the appropriate manner as prescribed by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I stand in direct and personal testimony against these types of authoritative abuses. I have been a victim on numerous occasions of this corruption. Furthermore, I have personally witnessed others falling prey to such unlawful acts by the government. When the government, at any and all levels and in any and all branches, disregards the law of the land in favor of self preservation and to the detriment of the people it claims to represent, the government itself ceases to be an authoritative entity. This country is no longer ruled by law but by corruption of those in office, elected or appointed, who are tasked with upholding the law but fail to do so.

The Founding Fathers listed the Acts that they felt endangered their lives. To do so now would be too numerous to list. However, it is appropriate to list a few of the more aggregious laws and/or actions by this government that Americans are now oppressed under for the purpose of illustrating the extent to which government is now corrupt. They are as follows:

Affordable Care Act: Commonly known as Obamacare, this law was signed into affect under nefarious circumstances and without proper procedure. Worse, the Supreme Court betrayed the will of the American people by declaring this unconstitutional law to be constitutional. Doctors and patients no longer have the authority to determine a proper medical regimine. Nameless, faceless, unelected officials have taken that authority.

Illegal Immigration: Illegal immigrants have been causing considerable hardships on Americans for many years with no relief from our government. Illegal immigrants bring with them crime, disease, theft in tax funded benefits and American jobs, even death to American citizens. It is NOT the responsibility of the United States to take care of every person in this world.

Government agencies: No where in the Constitution is there any provision to give authority to these agencies. Agencies such as the IRS, EPA, ATF, just to name a few, have powers of the branches of government, yet, none of them are mentioned as government entities sanctioned by the Constitution. Furthermore, individuals NOT elected to government have influence on policy, law, and access to the Treasury without the consent of the people.

Over-taxation and over-regulations: Many of the agencies stated above are given executive and legislative power to regulate businesses and private lives to the detriment of the economy. The whole purpose for gaining our independence in the first place was to escape such practices. Now, businesses are regulated and taxed nearly out of business while consumers are struggling to afford basic necessities. New businesses cannot be formed while larger companies reap the benefits of no competition. To make matters worse, the purpose for the taxes collected illegally is not to improve America's standard of living but to boost the political powers of the elites.

Courts of Law: If any branch of government should be the least corrupt, it should be the Judicial branch. Sadly, courts of Law disregard the Constitution. Defendents are NOT given PROPER trials in accordance with the Constitution. Defense lawyers and juries are denied defendents. When a judge does not honor and obey the law, there is no justice. Courts are no longer unbiased. Judges at all levels believe that they are the law instead of the law being the law. They take matters into their own hands. This results in wrongful convictions with no way of repealing such orders. Conversely, victims of real crimes and/or valid claims are not being heard in courts. This results in grievances not being addressed as required by law. Too often, lower level laws are held above higher level laws, including the supreme law of the land, the Constitution. It is inconceivable how any law can be enforced under such conditions. The systemic epidemic of disregarding the highest law has rendered the entire Judicial system moot. This opens the door to complete, total and absolute corruption and tyranny.

Elections: The purpose of elections is to give the opportunity to the people to decide collectively who shall be their leader. Voter fraud has run rampant in the last two general elections, enough to negate the results. Yet, no one will confront this abhorrent practice. Those who do speak out against these practices are immediately villainized. States' rights are negated in favor of fraud.

Unions, lobbyists and special interest groups: While it is not unlawful for groups of citizens to gather for a common purpose, these smaller groups have a huge influence on policies that affect every American. None of these groups are elected officials, yet, they have better access to all elected officials while the common citizen does not.

The Military and Police force: The Military, in all branches of the Military, has been treated with such horrific disrespect by both the government and certain sections of the people, their service is mocked and disrespected. Worse, current purging of higher ranking officers sets the stage for a militaristic takeover of our lawful rights. This cannot be tolerated.

The UN: I never pledged my allegiance to a foreign governmental body such as the UN. In fact, I never pledged my allegiance to my own government. I do pledge my allegiance to my country and the principles that founded it. If our government and foreign governments are against those principles, then they are against America. I am not subject to any foreign government, its laws or corrupt laws within my own country. I stand in defense of the Constitution and the purpose for which it was written against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The government at all levels and in all branches including all government agencies now operate far outside the strict confines of the Constitution. Those confinements were deliberately put in place to prevent tyranny. Since those preventative measures are no longer being observed, the only conclusion that can be accurately made is that the government itself has become seditious in nature, denying citizens of their God given right to live free of persecution. Therefore, the government is no longer a valid authoritative entity. Thomas Jefferson made this same argument. I wholeheartedly agree. Therefore, I make this oath of my own free will:

I vow to defy this unconstitutional government in any manner I can. I will not obey its unAmerican laws, demands or orders. No court is in compliance with the Constitution, therefore, no court has authority over me to judge me in any case. I will actively seek out like-minded Americans who are tired of being bullied by government. Those who will stand in defense of freedom from governmental oppression, I invite to join me in taking back our freedoms from this tyrannical government. I declare, for myself and for any patriotic American, the right to claim my independence from a government that no longer represents the values and laws this country was built on. I am not giving up my citizenship. I am pure, red, white and blue, stars and stripes American, through and through. The government no longer is American, therefore, I owe nothing to the government. I am not declaring war. However, let it be known that should ANY government agency, entity or law enforcement official attempt to suppress my rights, that will be considered a declaration of war. With the support of like-minded Americans, we will rebuild our country and form a new government independent of this lawless government.

I make this oath of my own free will and with just cause in defense of myself and those who are persecuted unjustly.

Signed without hesitation or prejudice on this day, 11 November, 2013,
