Born to a southern Merchant and a Northern Jarl. My father was a traveler and a raider and upon one of his raids found my mother. He took a fancy to her and absconded with her and thus she became the Jarl's woman. My father soon learned he had met his match with my mother, for she had a fiery spirit, but they loved one another and gave birth to 2 boys (who have gone off to make their own way) and one girl, the youngest, me.
I have a love for the sea as I got to travel some with my parents before their passing. I also have a love of the north, the mountains, the chill in the air, it calls to me. My mother was educated and so taught me to read and write. I have made a living doing some scribe work here and there and also by selling some trinkets I make from time to time.
