I’m The Gov. I’m a 64 year old that has always had a passion for music. I started playing guitar at 16 years old and am still playing 49 years later. I love most music genres. My personal favorites are Classic Rock, Blues, Country and Doowop. I’ve been fortunate to be a radio Dj now for 14 years and enjoy making people smile by playing songs they enjoy. I was A Dj at two other radio stations before a group of friends and I created Outkast.FM. Outkast.FM is a “Variety” station because listeners like different genres of music. As Forest Gump says.... ”You just don’t know what you’re going to get". We are on air 24/7 and we offer song requests.  Being the Owner and a DJ at Outkast.FM has been a joy. The Outkast name came from A former radio station we worked at. The Station owner left and left us with nowhere to express our love for music. That’s where the name came from. We were all Outkasts.
