when signing into a room...it will not open or load
-
Make sure you have latest flash installed.
Try clearing your browser's cookies and temp files.
Try a different browser to rule out a browser specific issue.
-
Has done the same thing to me.... quite frustrating.
-
where do you get the latest flash?
-
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
-
I had the same problem on an android tablet. I had to go into settings to allow the flash player to be installed outside of the shop and then have a compatible browser added, I used firefox as chrome is not compatible. After that I restored the setting so only the store would install programs and no problems.
Its chrome not being compatible and your settings not letting adobe flash to install that are teh problems. Took me a few days to eventually sort it out so hopefully some-one else will benefit.

I've loaded the latest flash, I've cleared history and cookies everything used to work just fine and now it doesn't work at all will not load. Little note above right side of room window says latest flash needed. I've done it still doesn't work. Using Chrome.

Follow these steps to enable flash for chat. Add chat.buzzen.com

I have loaded the latest flash several times and chat just won't load! very frustrating web site not sure what happened to it.
-
I've seen this happen when the computer clock is wrong. I don't know if it still prevents chat from loading but since the DST change occurred recently check that. Also have noticed chat won't load if you are using a VPN or have enabled a security at the router level. I can't remember the specific name of the router setting but I could check.
-
okkkkkkkkkkkkk buzzen ..chrome is up to date ..that fixed the last recent flash player issue so chat would load..now what?
-
lol the universe does not want bumps to chat ;D
-
Make sure the flash player is enabled. In chrome go to settings - click on advanced settings - click on the content settings button and scroll down you will see the flash section. Make sure it's enabled.
if that doesn't work go to chrome://flags and scroll down til you see
Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to "allow" Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS
For sites that have been set to "allow" Flash content, run all content including any that has been deemed unimportant. #run-all-flash-in-allow-mode
and change it to enable from default.

Hi everyone,
I'm still having problems and can't get buzzen to load. I use chrome and tried safari, but even after following suggestions, nothing has worked.
Any other ideas?
Would another browser such as Mozilla Firefox work?
Thanks for the help.

If you are using Chrome please ty this https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html

I've done that several times and still no luck. I don't believe I'm missing any steps. Not working.
Very frustrating.

Same problem have not been able to logon in 3 weeks
-
Hi All. Room wont load with mine either if i try and use a bookmark. I have to go back to chatroom list to enter.
-
carla Your bookmark might be outdated as a change was made to the channels a couple months ago that changed the address for them. You might need to update your bookmarks
As for the rest, what error if any is chrome giving you?
Firefox will work if you install the system from from the adobe website. Note Chrome, Edge/IE does not use the system installed flash as those browsers flash is built into the browser.
-
5th May my room wont load.
-
Continues to be an issue and Buzzen can't or will not address the issue.....I HAVE THE CURRENT FLASH PLUGIN!!!!!
-
Just because you have flash installed does not mean it is enabled. The method differs depending on the browser. It is not something Buzzen can fix. Browsers handle the way flash is enabled. Provide your browser type or google how to enable flash for your browser.
-
says i need plugs???
-
Eyecu thank you :)
-
I have had the same problem - it works on my chrome book but not my pc because of the settings even with it installed and updated and turned on - it still wont work

Enable flash in your browser if webchat is not loading. Following are instructions for most common browsers:
How to enable flash player in Chrome (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html).
How to enable flash player in Firefox (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-firefox.html).
How to enable flash player in Internet Explorer (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/install-flash-player-windows.html).
How to enable flash player in Microsoft Edge (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-10-edge.html).
-
I have enabled flash plug in but it still wont finish loading. What can I do??
-
What browser are you using Deb56, if you are using microsoft edge on the latest windows build edge is broken for flash on a lot of places, you will either have to switch to Internet Explorer (once you login to buzzen click the three dots in the top right and open with internet explorer) or use another browser like Chrome or Firefox. We are working on a new webchat to move away from flash and these issues but no eta at this time when it will be finished.
-
every time i have problems here, i get bullshit advice! if you have a site run it right!
-
I assure you we do "run the site right". We have no control over 3rd party applications such as Flash and how various browsers now deal with it. We are in the process of building a non-flash connection.
-
>:( you will always get one n00b called Darrett if you can do better Darrett show us mister brain dead ;D err0r you are doing a fine job
-
Dudes got a point though - this has been a problem for awhile - I worked IT - time is money
-
We have found a solution for Microsoft Edge users. Make sure you have cleaned your cache and you should be able to get the alert to allow flash for the chat page.
-
I disagree Seeker84 ... running a chat network is never going to be easy and if only people could understand that maybe ... even as you said you are IT ;) problems occur ... why yell bullshit when it doesn't suit them ... there are better ways of expressing yourself ... the helpdesk comes to mind ... voice your dissent there ... then staff can figure out what is going wrong and hopefully correct the issue ... jumping down someone's throat isn't the way even in IT :D
-
By saying the dude has a point - I'm *JUMPING* down someone's throat? - ::rolls eyes:: Easily offended these days
-
I'm *JUMPING* down someone's throat?
That wasn't a reference to your comment ... That was just an expressing of words
Seeker84 I do have a spare pair of glasses ;) :D :D :D
-
You can keep them, apparently you need the backup. ::smirk::
-
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) :-*
