By the rule that you would measure you shall also be measured.
_Gathering in a cybernetic world, where faces are rare to see and words take over instead, such is chat.
Why do we chat? For some of us is to get away, to entertain the mind outside of the routine that life can bring at times. Some of us also chat because we have come to meet wonderful people throughout the years of chatting, some have become like family to some of us.
There is, however; a selected bunch of chatters that come to chat to draw attention to themselves, to glorify themselves in believing that one is above the other, when in fact (comical) it shows the person that they truly are, what they are capable of doing in and out of chat, it shows the lack of empathy, respect and compassion any human deserves.
This type of chatter delights in getting attention because sadly their (real world) is empty and sad, and picking on another adult is the only thrive they will have in a day, this becomes such a sad case. We see these types of chatters lingering from room to room, hopping like little lost animals from one place to the next and closing their monitor at the end of the day with the same empty feeling they came in to begin with.
We have but one opportunity in life to be the best person we can be, only one opportunity to provide the great essence of being a kind human being, but we are humans and we tend to forget the importance of becoming the best version of ourselves.
The advantage of being a kind person is that when you are genuine it will transfer with every action, with every motive, with every intent, and it becomes the norm to be, even more so it is a contagious experience, one of which you can bring benefit to that of whom wholeheartedly offers it.
May you find the essence of your true self, and when that does happen, may it be full of love, compassion, kindness and great regards for all human kind.

so will said lissi. A number of us left 40's 2 for that very reason. So nice to see a room with bots . I really love this room and hope it never changes.

What is interesting in all this is that anonymity is like fertiliser for the afflicted, the disgruntled, the lost, etc, to voice not so much an opinion but what they feel, this becomes their place, their time, to "let it all out". This is the ignorance of ignorance. Compassion for such people is the correct response.
I have seen it in the Poets Forum some have decided this is all too nice so a conspiracy is developed to denigrate, to bring a positive thing to a halt and mix it up, in reality what is happening is an insight into the minds of such people. Compassion for this is the correct response.
The preceding is what drives issues in any chat forum. To promote a room the above must be understood. Compassion is the only response. To reason with such people is impossible, remember they are suffering, they are not well, this is exacerbated because they do not know this, ahh I despair, the ignorance of ignorance.

Eyecu...... please dont be mad but........ sometimes I think Im Hedy Lemarr ;) :P :-*
-
"That's 'Hedley,' you twit. HEDLEY LAMARR!"
-
Wrong again Tawk, Hedy was a 1950's movie starlett...... and who you callin a twit? lol :P
-
Hedy was a Hollywood star, right. Hedley Lamarr was a character played by Harvey Korman in the Mel Brooks movie "Blazing Saddles." The quote was one of his lines in the movie.
-
Sfty is correct.
Regards
-
Tawkin is correct, concerning the movie. Harvey Kormann said that line more than once.
-
â„¢Pá´Ê€á´„ʜᴅá´É¢â„¢ is correct about Tawkin being correct.
X_____________ is incorrect about SFtly being correct - or he would be correct if she were incorrect.
The rest of you are all correct about something, but it doesn't exist in chat. And certainly there are some incorrect posts somewhere, about both correct and incorrect posts.
All that really matters is how well reindeer can FLY. This is the correct way of the world.

Are you sure about that?? I see it a lot here on BUZZEN where other's think they are better then other people.
It's sad!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
-
I agree with you red.. 8)
-
Red, you're right, it is sad to see it happen. The problem with it, it's that often people only see one side of each story. There's no need for negativity in any given case.
Negativity only shows the weakness of a person, the lack of self control and the bitterness within.
As humans we will often disagree with how we see things, but we must at all times, for the least wish those people well, hope they can change and contribute to their empty lives.
The "No one is above another" applies to the fact that we are all capable of making mistakes or having short comes, of lacking in certain areas of our lives.

Some people really ought to look in the mirror

I avoid mirrors

:) These forums are sometimes more entertaining than chat itself.
-

Be ONE with the universe!!!

perhaps it not so much using ignore as it is Not feeling protected by hosts,,, just using ignore does not always work against the vile vulgar whispers that will leave after being ignored, come back in and start again. Used to be able to tell a host and they would look into the situation and warn the offender, now its IGNORE,, No protection at all,
-
Vulgar whispers can be solved by turning them off...if someone wants to whisper you, they can ask in the room. Unfortunately, it might sometimes be a bit embarrassing if there is a decline, but hey at least you're not suffering the vulgarity ;) pretty simple fix I'd say.
