goes into guest nic when i try to enter a room

Have you recently updated your password?
This is the message that is highlighted in red on the log in page:

Buzzen Update: If you are having issues changing your password, please join the HelpDesk as a guest. If no one is available for help, you can joining the Buzzen Sports Bar as a guest in the sports & health category.
