What are your favorite party themes?

Hey everyone! I'm planning a get-together with some close friends, and I want it to be a memorable night. We're thinking of hosting a party at my place, and I'd love some ideas to make it extra special. What are your favorite party themes or activities for a fun night with friends?

Masked theme, since it is October.  Costumes are always fun.  Bring a carved pumpkin contest is fun, have everyone vote the winner.  Have a Simple prize, could be a starbucks gift card.  Same with best Costumes, could be catagories, Group costume, Scariest, etc.  My husband made a coffin we served dinner out of.   Just a few suggestions.  Good luck and hope your get together is fun!!

It's best to hold a party on Halloween. You can dress up and enjoy the festive atmosphere at the same time.
