It's happened over a couple of days now ... but it's weird in that sometimes I'll try to get in and it just works as normal.
Come back a few hours later and can't join chat.

using a VPN might be the issue with the first one. Also do you happen to live in Australia and use optus isp?
-
Australia and Optus ... you're a mind reader ... why's that (is there something I need to know)?
-
We have seen that issue with other uses with that ISP. The general fix is to use google's dns
To change your DNS to Google's public DNS servers, you'll need to update the DNS settings on your device or router. Google Public DNS provides two primary servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
or you can do it per device
Windows:
Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Right-click your network connection, choose Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
Choose "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Click OK.

Wow ... such an easy fix ... thank you ... now back to trivia
-
you're welcome. glad you got back in.
