Title: Bot bans for racism when none was said

why was I banned from open minded for racism when I never said any?..I went to helpdesk and no one ever there.

The use of the letters "IGGY" seems to trigger the ban, I'm not sure what can be done about it, I'd try the help desk again. Good luck.
