I am having the same problems on buzzen. It tells me I am in a certain room but the room does not load as quickly as it used to.

i can get into the romm but thats it my ip comes up but nothing else iam unable to get into help desk

how come I I cant get in any chat rooms its opens wont let me in there probloms again with this site

things were working fine this morning and now problems abound. what is going on?

no brower work ether firefox or explore everthing worked fine up till today so don't know what to do to get in a chat room no help I see

The latest flash update is causing an issue for Firefox users. If you update to latest flash version "24.0.0.194", you will not be able to connect to chat using Firefox. Other browsers seem unaffected at this time. If you have updated to the latest Flash version you will need to use a secondary browser other than Firefox. You can also continue to use version 24.0.0.186 of flash and Firefox will connect normally. We hope to resolve this issue soon.

well tried using diffret brower that don't work eather so firefox don't work or internet explore just wont let me log in a chat room loads but wont connect

Happened to me b4 i cleared cache and cookies with history and it came right.

The issue is not site related and it does not "suck" as you put it.. The issue is with the new Adobe Flash update.

did update new old none work so what you think should be done to fix the problomssssssssssssss it sucks

latest flash player don't work ether don't waist your time loading it

You can check your version @ https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
If you have version 24.0.0.194 it will not allow you to connect to chat.
Chrome should still be using 24.0.0.186.
Chrome should still connect to chat.

did the Adobe download to the newest version, no change... can not access chat. good luck with a fix to the issue. Hey folks don't get too grouchy over this issue, life is too short !!!!!!!!!! Surely there is a fix, and one that even a non techo person like myself will be able to use.

Chrome may have updated their flash version too. Afraid there isn't much we can do until Adobe fixes the bug. If you are tech savvy enough you can install the previous version of flash and webchat will work. We have reported the issue to Adobe. They said they would investigate

i have tried google chrome- IE tried installing earlier version 24.0.0.186 of flash player ( no luck ) :'( :'( :'(

Tried my safari browser on my PC, no luck. :( But it does work on my Mac... :D

down loaded crome it worked today now it dont work thats 3 broswers now what gives guess they wont be fixing it anytime soon

DID everyone read "ATM" ..at the moment?
Error and team are working on the solution to get the new flash to work so all browsers will work
..STOP posting stupid insulting whining complaints tina27 and a few others.

Webchat is fixed you will have to hard refesh for the changes to take affect. CTRL + F5 to refresh once you try and join a channel. Thank You and sorry for the inconvenience.
