I am having an issue when I enter a chat room. When I enter room the page is blank, all it says is loading. I have tried everything that I can possibly think of. Still not working. I can't even go to the help desk for page does not load. I am using Google Chrome and I have Windows 10. I have never had an issue till now. Does it have anything to do with Flash? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

i dumped chrome and stayed with Microsoft edge stopped all the issues I had , worth a shot

i have that problem as well. i just hit refresh and it works fine

I GOT IN!!!!! I had the chat room on my Favorite list, so I tried that way and it worked! Tho, I noticed that is the only room that works for me. All other rooms page are still blank :'(.

I am to having issues. I don't go to chatrooms very often but now that I want to its having issues.

I am sure you have .........when you have the white page have you tried to hit the page refresh arrow??.....I have that at times and hit the refresh arrow and it seems to work

Star, I don't know much about computers, but, I always make sure my cookies and temp files are cleared. I have also been told that my cache is supposed to be cleaned.
Also, have you checked the box at the top of the page that reads, http://chat.buzzen.com/c/?cn=!!!!!%5cbOpen%5cbMinded%5cb!!!!! certain things have to be checked and unchecked.
If you leave me a message, about what your box looks like, maybe I can tell you if it looks like mine.

I'll show you mine if you show me yours ;D ;D . I knew exactly what you meant. I have done all that other stuff with the cookies, etc. Nothing seems to work. >:( Have to check it out and take a screen shot. :-*

I've been dealing with this for at least 1 month. I found a way to message the help desk. They told me to clear out my cookies and cache. Didn't work for me. I have even tried different servers. >:(

Not sure why this is happening to some. But try this from the chat page (when you enter the room even if it doesnt join and just sticks at loading)
click on the little triangle on the left side of the address bar
click on site settings
scroll down to Insecure content and change it to allow. then close the settings page and you will have to refesh the chat page.

Well, I finally got to try it. Sad to say did not work for me :'( Maybe it's a sign that I should no longer chat! ;D :-X

The only other thing i know of is some browsers are now redirecting to https. The chat server at this time does not support ssl so make sure the address in the address bar is http://chat.buzzen.com/c/?cn= and not https://chat.buzzen.com/c/?cn=

I received an error doing that. I have no idea what I did, I was able to get into the room. Will see how long this will work. Thank you Eyecu and the rest that have tried to help. Sorry if I have made you crazy :P Much appreciation :-*
