Title: Unable to see who enters/leaves a room

Problem started this morning.  I am unable to see who enters or leaves a room.  Names just "appear".  Help, please!

Check what is ticked in Options/Event Notifications. 'User Arrivals' and 'User Departures' may be unticked.  :D

Hello,
I'm from Germany, but I've been using a Swiss server (currently a student at Zurich University of the Arts). I cannot see the other users who enter or leave the room. 'User Departures' and 'User Arrivals' options are ticked.
