Title: Hacked profile name

Could anyone answer me a question. I have had Covid the last 4 days and when i signed back into buzzen my Profile name had been changed to the below.
«°ŤîņkêŕbêÎΰ»

How or is it possible for people to hack your profile and just change your name? All the other data was still as  I always have it.

Any help would be really appreciated.!! :-[

Your profile name has not been hacked. There were updates made to the system that altered the MessLetters.  To fix your account, you can go to Help Desk or simply go to Change your Nickname and recreate your original with the funky letters.

i tried    changing my name to this 𝕯𝖆𝖌𝖌𝖊𝖗𝖙𝖆𝖙𝖘 and it wont let me..it says it hase to be between 3 and however many letters which it clearly is

'Fancy' letters take more than one 'space'.  Try changing the font you are using, or making a combination of fancy and plain letters.
