need help with my away message ....

Can you clarify your problem? I don't quite understand. Do you mean turn off notifications or do you want access to read?

When you are in chat click on your clock icon to change the away message and set it.

Go to the section where you have set your away message or status. There should be an option to edit your away message. Look for a pencil icon or an "Edit" option.

Have you tried looking for an option to edit your away messages in settings? You should see a pencil icon or an 'Edit' option there.
