I’m looking for ways to cut down on networking costs in a project I’m working on. We’re expanding a small office into a neighboring unit, and I just found out that running new Ethernet lines through the walls is going to be way more expensive than expected. I’ve read about Ethernet extenders as a possible solution, but I’m not sure how reliable they are or if they would actually save money in the long run. Has anyone here used them before? Would love to hear how they worked out for you. Geometry Dash
If the extension is under 500 feet and you can reuse old wiring, Ethernet extenders are very cost-effective and reliable. For the best results, avoid consumer-grade "powerline" gear and opt for commercial devices with solid support and diagnostics.
