Banned from Politics without borders

I have been away for a few days and when I tried to return I get a message saying I am banned from the room. I havnt had any beef with the owners and havnt been booted or banned when I was there. Is it possible a mistake has been made. What can I do to return to the room?

Were you trying to enter as a guest?  A lot of the rooms don't allow guests.
