To make a long story short, Tuesday I went to the hospital and was admitted into the ICU unit and remained there till about an hour ago. I'm back but weak. I was in Critical condition with DKA Diabetic ketoacidiosis. The good news is I got to leave the hospital.

Thank you Haigan. I really appreciate that. haha yep thankfully all in one piece. Just a weak... piece... covers your pirate ears because there is no such thing as a weak gorean pirate lol

@Tender It left some damage in my kidneys I just don't know how much yet and it made my pancreas inflamed, so I was in a lot of pain.

Glad you are back, Master. Take care of yourself and rest up. The DKA is serious. Make sure to keep up on appointments with the kidney's. Those are an important part of the body. We need them!!!

insulin is made in the pancreas, therefore, one of the reasons for the serious case DKA. Diabetes affects all major organs, so getting the pancreas healed will help immensely. as alyson said....keep all appointments and take care of Yourself.

thank you tender and simply. The main thing they kept asking me at the ER was why didn't you come in sooner. Why did you let it get this bad.......my answer (which was stupid) Because I knew you'd admit me, and they did. But it got scary enough to shock me this time, so I won't be staying home with sugars that high anymore.
