Over the years I've had the privelege of chatting with many older people on here and during the course of those same years, many of them are now sadly no longer with us.
So instead of our usual everyday mundane chats about nothing real, I want to do something enduring and significant that makes a difference!
Every life holds a story, and every story holds a piece of our shared history. Too often, the memories, lessons, and lived experiences of older generations fade quietly away, leaving behind unanswered questions and missing chapters in the story of who we are. This project was created to change that. Through personal conversations and interviews, I aim to preserve the voices, wisdom, and everyday moments of those who have lived long, full lives—before time has the chance to erase them.
By participating, individuals have the opportunity to pass down their memories in their own words, ensuring that future generations can learn from their joys, struggles, traditions, and triumphs. Whether it’s a tale of childhood mischief, a hard‑won life lesson, or a vivid memory of a world that no longer exists, each story becomes a gift to the community and a legacy for the families who follow. This project is an invitation to be heard, to be remembered, and to help weave a richer, more complete tapestry of our collective past.
