          I feel better than I have ever felt in my life!  I stopped eating all refined sugar and and processed foods and bad fats!  I can't believe how incredible and full of energy I feel!  Refined sugar suppresses the immune system.  Inflamation and infection feed off of sugar.  Sugar has zero nutritional value and the body does not know what to do with it, therefore causing disease.  Diseases such as arthritis, alzheimers, diabetes, and even can lead to cancer.   We have been soooo misled when it comes to food and prescription drugs!  There are so many things that have sugar in them.  It's not just cakes and cookies and candy bars.  It's bread, doughnuts, pizza, pasta, soda (one of the worst) (diet soda is just as bad), pancakes, waffles, boxed cereals, crackers, many packaged items, and canned items.  Just think about it.  We have toast and pancakes and waffles and boxed cereal for breakfast.  Pasta and bread for lunch.  Pizza and bread sticks for dinner.  Crackers and cheese for a snack.  Than we don't understand why we are sick.  Pharmaceutical drugs only cover up the "SYMPTOMS", they do not take care of the problem!  And they can cause serious side effects, including death.  We need probiotics from fermented foods (antibiotics also kill GOOD bacteria), we need good fats (GOOD fats feed the cells and the brain and the heart) (avocados, extra virgin olive oil, seed oils), we need vitamins and enzymes, (from fruits and vegetables), we need minerals (from fruits and vegetables), we need fiber ( ONCE AGAIN fruits and vegetables).  Herbs and spices are loaded with nutrients!  Protein from GRASS fed cows, chickens that get to run around in the grass and eat worms and seeds and insects.  NOT loaded with antibiotics and hormones!  I thank God for my raw cacao, my stevia, and my raw organic honey!  Make such incredibly yummy things!  And of course I grow my own garden and herbs!  All organic and zero pesticides.

RECIPE:CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING:

INGREDIENTS:

2 RIPE AVOCADOS

2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL, OR AVOCADO OIL

2 TEASPOONS PURE VANILLA EXTRACT

2 TABLESPOONS RAW ORGANIC HONEY

1/4 CUP RAW CACAO POWDER

1/2 UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK

INSTRUCTIONS:

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH

YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE MORE ALMOND MILK IF NECESSARY FOR SMOOTH CONSISTENCY

SERVE COLD.  CHILL AN HOUR TO OVERNIGHT.  TOP WITH SLICED BANANNAS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO.  I LOVE TO TAKE THIS CAMPING!
