Advertising Links to third party websites & services:

The Buzzen website contains hyperlinks to websites made by third parties. Buzzen does not control the content nor can guarantee the content is suitable. It makes every effort to prevent advertisments in violation of our disclaimers. These advertisments are suplied for your own convenience and it's existance on our website does not confirm our endorsement of the website which is hyperlinked.

All advertisments found on the Buzzen website are paid for, and therefore are not recommendations or endorsements by Buzzen Communications Inc. or any of it's affiliates. Any queries relating to the advertisment or the product it's advertising should be directed to the company in question NOT Buzzen.

Any offers made by the advertising organization in their advertisments are not endorsed or controlled by Buzzen. The third party advertiser is solely responsible to you for the delivery of any goods or services you purchase on the third party website.

At times, out of good will, we will provide advertisments linking to charities and other non-profit organizations. We will not charge such organizations with advertising rights. We will endorse such organizations as an act of good-will but we cannot control the content found on such websites.

Termination:

The Terms of Use are in effect until terminated by Buzzen Communications Inc. This may be done at any time without notice. Your access to the network can also be terminated without notice; in this case you will no longer be able to access the network yet all disclaimers, limitations and licenses will survive.

Communication:

The network contains chat rooms, message boards and email services, which provide delayed, and real time conversations.

Through the use of such commanication services you should not:
- Restrict another user from enjoying the provided forums.
- Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, obsence, abusing, defamatory, vulgar, ponographic, profane or indecent information including, without limitation any conduct which constitutes or encourages conduct that would appear as a criminal offence or civil liability.
- Download any file posted by another user if you know that the file condones or endorses any illegal activity.
- Post any content with the sole intent of increasing product sales and other commercial reasons.
- Post or transmit any files that may cause harm on anothers computer.
- Post or transmit any files that invade another's basic human rights this includes, but is not limited to the invasion of privacy or publicity rights. These rights include tradmarked and copyrighted material.

Buzzen reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or remove any content in it's sole discretion any materials that it feels are in violation of the law and it's Terms of Use. Buzzen has no obligation to monitor content found within user created areas, but still checks on such areas regularly.

Buzzen will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or any other information on users whom are violating the relevant laws.

Trademarks:

All items or names, containing the trademark logo infer that it is in fact trademarked property. All trademarked properties found in advertisments remain that of the respective owner and not of Buzzen.

Miscellaneous:

Buzzen Communications relies on your continued observance of these Terms of Use. If Buzzen Communications suffers any loss or damage or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms of Use or any other legal obligation then you agree to indemnify Buzzen Communications for those losses, damages and costs.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. This agreement also is in accordance with international laws and treaties.

Proprietary Rights-User Licence in Content on Buzzen Communications.

1.Buzzen does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you transmit, submit, display or publish ("post") on , through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services. After posting your Content on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services, you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to the limited license herein. By posting any Content on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services, you hereby grant to Buzzen Communications a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services, including, without limitation, through the Buzzen Communications Services to applications, widgets, websites or mobile, desktop or other services which are linked with your Buzzen Communications account (collectively, "Linked Services"), including, without limitation, distributing part or all of the Buzzen Communications Services and any Content included therein, in any media formats and through any media channels, except that Content marked "private" will not be distributed by Buzzen Communications outside the Buzzen Communications Services and Linked Services. This limited license does not grant Buzzen Communications the right to sell or otherwise distribute your Content outside of the Buzzen Communications Services or Linked Services. After you remove your Content from the Buzzen Communications Services we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license will terminate. If after we have distributed your Content outside of the Buzzen Communications Services, you change the Content’s privacy setting to "private," we will cease distribution of such "private" Content outside of the Buzzen Communications Services as soon as practicable after you make the change. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand and agree that once Content is distributed to a Linked Service or incorporated into other aspects of the Buzzen Communications Services, Buzzen Communications is under no obligation to delete or ask other Users or a Linked Service to delete that Content, and therefore it may continue to appear and be used indefinitely.

2.The license you grant to Buzzen Communications is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Buzzen Communications), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Buzzen Communications is not required to pay you or anyone else deriving rights from you for the use on the Buzzen Communications Services of the Content that you post), sublicensable (so that Buzzen Communications is able to use its affiliates, subcontractors and other partners such as Internet content delivery networks and wireless carriers to provide the Buzzen Communications Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Buzzen Communications Services are global in reach).

3.You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this Section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services and/or Linked Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of the use of any Content posted by you on or through the Buzzen Communications Services and/or Linked Services.

4.The Buzzen Communications Services contain Content of Buzzen Communications ("Buzzen Communications Content"). Buzzen Communications Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Buzzen Communications owns and retains all rights in the Buzzen Communications Content and the Buzzen Communications Services. Buzzen Communications hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the Buzzen Communications Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Buzzen Communications Website and using the Buzzen Communications Services.

5.The Buzzen Communications Services contain Content of Users and other Buzzen Communications licensors. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell or otherwise use any Content appearing on or through the Buzzen Communications Services.

6.Buzzen Communications performs technical functions necessary to offer the Buzzen Communications Services, including, but not limited to, the technical processing and transmission of email communications to perform the email service, and transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Buzzen Communications Services. In addition, you agree and acknowledge that Buzzen Communications may send messages including, but not limited to, notifications, special offers, promotions, commercial advertisements, and marketing materials, in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services. You can control what type of communications you receive from the Buzzen Communications Services by logging into your account and choosing the appropriate notifications settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained at the bottom of commercial emails.

7. Buzzen Communications reserves the right to limit the storage capacity of Content that you post on, through or in connection with the Buzzen Communications Services.
