Reporting Abuse

In order to report any Abuse while using Buzzen Communications please e.mail report@buzzen.com. We do not endorse any kind of abuse in our rooms and we take all forms of abuse reported seriously and these are followed up immediately.

Here are what we perceive as abuse:
  • Threatening incidents occuring in a chatroom.
  • Violation of our Code of Conduct.
  • Harassed in whispers after asking for this to be stopped.
  • A user repeatedly flooding the room along with evidence to support this.
  • A user that is under the age of 16 using our services with evidence to support this.
  • Being followed around by rooms by a stalker whom will not leave you alone.
  • Abuse from a host or staff member with evidence to support this.
When sending an e.mail relating to the above occurences please include as much information as possible, this will result in a fast and effective response to the incident.
  • Your nickname and e.mail address.
  • The room you frequently chat in.
  • The nickname of the chatter whom abused you and/or a room.
  • The room this incident occured in, and the approximate time of occurence.
  • Any other users that were present at the time this occured.
  • Please describe (in detail) the incident. Also include any screenshots, logs or transcripts.
Buzzen will contact you as soon as possible relating to the progress of the incident reported, we will also provide details relating to the action taken on the abusive users.
