It depends on the type of room.
If you were banned from a Buzzen Supported Room (bsr) or a User Created Room (ucr) there is nothing that the Buzzen Staff can do about it. These are private rooms and they may kick/ban for any reason they would like. Buzzen staff can not interfere with a UCR unless it is a C.O.C. violation and may only help in a BSR if the owner requests it or it is a Code of Conduct violation.
If you are banned from a Registered Chatroom by Buzzen (![]()
will have the butterfly icon next to the room name ), then you can join the Helpdesk to discuss your ban.
