I'm banned from the lobby chatroom

Hi. I just came back to this site after being away for a year or so and it says I'm banned from the lobby chatroom. I'm not sure how that happened. If someone could please help me I would appreciate it.

there is no lobby room now, the main room users join when they first connect to Buzzen is now Chill Zone. Other than that, they can chat where they want, Buzzen Controlled Rooms (rooms managed by Buzzen)  include Chill Zone, 40s_2, After Hours:

We will also be using the Buzzen Events room for Buzzen-wide events as a neutral room for all to join.

Other then that users are free to join any room they like, and chat where they like. Enjoy chat and follow the CoC is all I can say! LOL
