Unable to connect to chat (website) any solutions?

This is by far a first for me. I can't connect to the chat room at all so i decided to trouble shoot it

Trouble shoot
- Disabled firewall,antivirus,maleware protection -> Unable to connect
- Tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome, IE -> Unable to connect
- I don't have any popup blockers even tried forcing ssl method

If you need assistance, go to Help Desk. 

why would you disable all your security etc and then connect to irc? lol.  ???

This is what I'm seeing when I attempt to enter a chat room.  I am signed in - groups and blogs working fine.  I tried entering the 24 hour Help Desk room and received the same messages.  Any solutions?

:(..i have tried the alternative site posted on the FB message, but that to doesnt work for me.
