Banned from OM

I was banned a while ago.  Says something about a mask...I dont know what that means.  I didn't do anything wrong.  Please help!

If you were banned for masking, the ban is over.

I just got banned for racist  / masking this is what I said.  what did i racist mask?

I just tried to enter the room and still see this message:

Well I just got the error 474  said something about masking.  What is that?  I can't get back into the room.

I got banned for masking I said "shanda i got 3 of her" what is that masking i was talking about an echo dot
