OOC Here - Just want to straighten a couple things out, from my part:
The reason I posted the link to the information around Tharna and the women within it, was that in the blog that was posted the character "Fury" was commenting on her lack of knowledge of its' environs and people. The character "Fury" could not have *read the books* and known all about it unless she was of high caste, and maybe she had never been any place other than Turia, or Port Kar.
The reason I'd like to make this clear: I was fundamentally wrong in my previous interaction, because I was guilty of mixing OOC and roleplay - regarding roleplay. I posted to that blog with the intention of answering the questions "Fury" had about Tharna without taking into consideration it was the woman behind her - who obviously posted the blog. I can see how it might have been taken, so then my misstep becomes the next one and the next one and then - well - they usually grow rather than subside. So where does it stop?
Clarity - and an apology from the woman behind Gaia. to the woman behind "Fury". Sincerely.
It's very hard to keep the two separate - the whole reason we roleplay with each other is that we are different people - yet that same dynamic makes it very hard not to cross those lines. But honestly, most negative issues start there, or devolve into that because of that very reason. Well, not really *because* of it but because we are bad at separating the two. To breathe, step back and remember before acting might be harder still.
I can only say I will try.
Woman behind "Fury" I am sorry if anything I said made you feel the need to take down the blog, that was not my intention. I leave all mine there - not because I am always right, but because good or bad or stupid, I have to own them all. There was nothing wrong with what you posted - though if you removed it to stem the drama that it was becoming, then I respect you even more.
