Answer

Buzzen help information for this topic.

A script or bot is an IRC program. An example of an IRC program is mIRC, mIRC is a program that allows you to connect to an IRC server. Just like you need a web browser to connect to HTTP servers and view websites (firefox, IE, Chrome), you need an IRC client to connect you to IRC servers and join in channels on the server. The script or bot allows the users more options within a chatroom as an owner or host than in webchat. Some examples of these options are: Customized kicks, automatic hammer distribution, setting modes such as "invite" and much more.

NOTE: Using a script or a bot will not allow you to see sensitive information such as IP addresses. Users do not have access to such information on Buzzen.
