Login Issue

I'd say over the last 4 days while logging in here >> http://www.buzzen.com/login.html I've noticed that after I put in my email and password and click the "Log In" button (the 1st time) I am redirected to the Buzzen.com home page and it is as if I am not logged in. Normally I would be redirected to my personal buzzen home page. I have to (a 2nd time) log in before it takes me to that page. So don't know if its just me or something happening with buzzen and other users. Thanks for looking into this issue.

What operating system and browser are you using.

Firefox 46.0 and Windows 7 ... like I said this is only a very recent issue, like not even as far back as last week

The problem should be resolved now. It stemmed from using buzzen.com instead of www.buzzen.com

Hi, when i sign in, i get "The following error occurred:"...... error message, but if i hit the "my buzzen" it takes me to the normal self information page. Is this a temporary glitch????

ADD ON TO THE ABOVE..... then when i finally get to go into MY ROOM...this happens....Guest Nickname
Note: Following characters are not allowed in nick names: !@#$%^()+=\";:?/&.,[space]*\>
Also Note: Some chat rooms doesn't allow guest joins.

A Canadian student here, returned to New Orleans for a 6-weeks internship. Please help me avoid login error all the time. I'm trying to login from Safari on Windows 10.
