New privacy setting for user photo albums.

You can now set your photo albums to private. ( Private means only users approved on your Buzzen Friends list will be able to view the album ). This option is per album so you can have some private and some public depending on your preferences. I know many of you do not like change but in order to continue to grow and attract new users we must add new features. Favorite Chats fixed

There was a problem when saving favorite rooms with spaces in them from the webchat area. It was including %08 aka backspace character. We have updated the code in order to correct this issue.

We have made a few changes in this update. We have changed the overall width of the site in various browsers. We are moving away from the fixed widths.
