Safari on Mac
If you're using Chrome and experiencing Shockwave and/or other crashes there's information you might need to know to cure it; Especially Update 2: http://www.buzzen.com/user/skiptracer/id/615/blog.shtml
I use to use IE, but I found Chrome interfaces with Buzzen a lot better. 
Mines firefox and ive found on pobs so far
I am using Chrome , IE crashes on me !
Prefer chrome than any other web browser. User friendly. And it hardly crashes.
I say use what works best for you...
