Self-awareness; and the importance of honesty.

Tal, greetings, and hello fellow Goreans;

I am Alex, the typist of Skar; and I'm consistently one of the happiest Goreans on Buzzen.

I'm also the guy responsible for bringing to life some of Buzzen Gor's most notoriously ruthless FM characters. I am infamously known for the depths of my wickedness, and I make no apologies to any of you for my very raw portrayals of Gorean anti-heroes.

I have been some of the most beloved and widely despised protagonists in the entire history of Gor on this server. I hopped my happy villainous ass to Buzzen when MSN chat closed up shop. Some of you love me, some of you hate me; and I'm good with both of those things.

Let's talk about the importance of honesty and self-awareness when we take these little forays into Gor together online.

When I create a Gorean character, I am honest with myself and everyone else about exactly what I'm looking for. I'm the bad guy, the beast, the monster, the nightmare; and I'm looking for a female writing partner who happens to enjoy the imagination, suspense, beauty and brutality that I am well known to be capable of creating in most any situation.

I tweak my profile, write a few blogs and visit a few rooms until I find a woman who catches my eye with the quality of her roleplay and writings. We chat, we play; we get to know one another, because of what each other brings to the table. We chat like honest, mature and reasonable adults about how we see ourselves, what we are looking for and just how far things can go between us before personal boundaries are crossed.

I tell her everything about myself, including my previous names and the names of my former slaves; so that she can run away screaming right then if she so chooses; before becoming involved in Gor with me.

If she remains, and if I enjoy her, I keep her; that's exactly what the collar is for.

I intentionally allow a woman to make her own decision, one last time; before becoming my writing partner, and my slave.

When I say I've been around Gor for a long time, I mean that; and I've been paying attention. I know the games that are often played here by the bored, and the ill-tempered; and this is why honesty is important, it is the talisman which wards off drama, bruised pride, and hurt feelings.

I took the time to get to know my slave before collaring her; because I respect and love her typist, my writing partner. Honesty and open communication are the key to exactly what enables the two of us to work well together as Master and slave, and as co-authors.

Our shared commitment to that willingness to listen and speak with each other openly and plainly, without secrets or hidden agendas, is exactly what enables us to continue enjoying our shared vision of Gor regardless of what games are being played by whom.

She and I have agreed that whatever happens next, our focal point will remain our own interpretation of the main thesis and core principles of Gor; that of a Master and his love slave, of his dominance and her submission.

We vividly explore this path together and offer our own unique perspectives of glimpses into moments of their daily life together on the world of Gor; and we hope they are enjoyed.

The silly and continual mind games being played by some others here among us, will not be allowed to disrupt our commitment to writing Gorean fiction worth reading, here on Buzzen. You cannot break what we share because our dedication is not only to each other in this; it is also to our love of Gor itself; and indeed, to the natural order of its founding principle.

Some of you simply aren't happy because you don't have what you want, and yet you haven't been honest with yourself or others, and it very clearly shows.

How can you have what you want if you continue to lie to yourself about what it is?

With this thought in mind, I wish you well.
