Hi, can anyone tell me where our IM messages go once we bin them or delete them too archive, and can they be reopened. Also how do i get into archive to retrieve them. Thank you
Achieved convos will show back up if you message the person again ( if that convo is not older than 30 days ).
There is a new option in menu to restore archived convos ( again if convo is not older than 30 days ).
