Propostion 1 is currently at hand - the Basic Definition of Dualling.

You may cast your vote to be heard on this proposition HERE up until 11:59 pm (US-CST) on September 12, 2019.

You may cast your vote to be heard on this proposition HERE up until 11:59 pm (US-CST) on September 13, 2019.

NOTE: You must have previously entered a vote (aye, nay or abstain) on Proposition 1 PRIOR to voting on Proposition 2.
